Notice of the International Flight Schedules of China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines from April 1 to April 30, 2022

Dear Passengers,

During the time period from 00:00 on April 1, 2022 to 24:00 on April 30, 2022, China Eastern Airlines (CEA) and Shanghai Airlines will operate a total of 20 international routes each week. The specific schedules are as follows:

* The above flight schedules may be subject to policy changes. Please stay tuned to the CEA’s official website, App, and other official channels to keep abreast of the latest flight schedules.

*MU588 New York-Fuzhou will carry passengers as scheduled, and the MU588 flight to Shanghai Pudong on April 18 (local time) will carry no passenger.

*MU570 Paris-Taiyuan on April 3 will be canceled subject to circuit breaker arrangement.

*MU779/80 Shanghai Pudong-Auckland-Xiamen will be canceled on every Tuesday in April.

*MU5042 Seoul Incheon-Shanghai Pudong on April 1 and April 8 will carry no passenger subject to circuit breaker arrangement. MU5042 Seoul Incheon-Jinan will carry passengers as scheduled. 

*MU232 Colombo-Kunming will carry passengers as scheduled on April 22, and the rest of the flights (MU232) will fly to Shanghai Pudong with no passenger but cargo only.

*FM886 Kuala Lumpur-Nanchang on April 3 and April 24 will carry passengers as scheduled, and the rest of the flights (FM886) will fly to Shanghai Pudong with no passenger but cargo only.

*MU542 Bangkok-Nanchang on April 24 will carry passengers as scheduled, and the rest of the flights (MU542) will fly to Shanghai Pudong with no passenger but cargo only.

*FM834 Bangkok-Nanchang on April 9 will carry passengers as scheduled, and the rest of the flights (FM834) will fly to Shanghai Pudong with no passenger but cargo only.

*MU741/2 Kunming-Bangkok-Kunming will carry no passenger but cargo only when returning to China in April.

*MU211/2 Shanghai Pudong-Manila-Shanghai Pudong will carry no passenger when returning to China in April.

*MU759/60 Shanghai Pudong-Phnom Penh-Shanghai Pudong will be canceled in April.

*MU2599/600 Kunming-Phnom Penh-Kunming will be canceled in April.

*MU2032 Rangoon-Kunming will carry no passenger but cargo only in April.

*MU2036 Dhaka-Kunming will carry no passenger but cargo only in April except that the flight on April 18 will carry passengers as scheduled.

2. Enter and send “人工 (manual service)” in CEA’s WeChat Official Account 中国东方航空 (China Eastern Airlines), then the request will be transferred to the designated personnel for handling.

3. CEA Customer Service Hotlines: 95530 (China); 0086-21-2069 5530 (Overseas).

1. Log in to the “CEA’s official website (www.ceair.com) → Flight Information”.

2. Log in to the “CEA’s mobile App → Flight Information”.

3. Call the customer service hotline at 95530, press “1” to enter the Chinese service, and find “Flight Information” with intelligent customer service.

4. Follow the WeChat Official Account “中国东方航空” (China Eastern Airlines), select “Flight Service → Flight Information”.
