Notice of the International Flight Schedules of China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines from August 1 to August 31, 2022

Dear Passengers,

During the time period from 00:00 on August 1 to 24:00 on August 31, 2022, China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines will operate a total of 21 international routes each week. The specific schedules are as follows:

*The above flight schedules are subject to policy changes. Please check the latest flight information via official channels such as China Eastern’s website or app.

*New flights: MU587 Shanghai Pudong-New York will carry passengers on August 19, and MU588 New York-Fuzhou will carry passengers on August 20.

*MU208 Toronto-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers in August as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*MU772 Amsterdam-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers on August 1 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*The inbound and outbound flights of MU7157/8 Hangzhou-Frankfurt-Hangzhou have been canceled for August 7 and August 14 due to circuit breaker restrictions from the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (German Federal Aviation Office).

*MU562 Sydney-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers on August 3, 10, and 17 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*MU232 Colombo-Kunming will carry passengers as scheduled on August 12. All other inbound Shanghai flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*MU713/4 Kunming-Colombo-Kunming will be operated only on August 2, 16, 23, and 30.

*FM886 Kuala Lumpur-Nanchang will carry passengers as scheduled on August 7 and 28. All other inbound Shanghai flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*MU542 Bangkok-Nanchang will carry passengers as scheduled on August 14. All other inbound Shanghai flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*Singapore-Shanghai Pudong flights will carry neither passengers nor cargo on August 4 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions. All other flights will be operated as usual.

*FM834 Bangkok-Nanchang will carry passengers as scheduled on August 27. All other inbound Shanghai flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*Shanghai Pudong-Manila-Shanghai Pudong flights have been canceled for August.

*Only MU2599/600 Kunming-Phnom Penh-Kunming will be operated on August 13 and 27. The outbound flight will not carry passengers.

*MU2036 Dhaka-Kunming will carry passengers as scheduled on August 8 and 22. All other inbound flights will carry cargo without passengers.

2. Enter and send the text "Human Service"（“人工”）to China Eastern’s Official WeChat Account. Account name: China Eastern Airlines （中国东方航空）.

1. Log in to China Eastern’s official website (www.ceair.com), and click the Flight Info tab.

2. Log in to China Eastern Airlines’s mobile app, and tap Flight Info.

3. Call the China Eastern Airlines Customer Service Hotline at 95530, press "1" for service in Chinese, and use the intelligent customer service agent’s "Flight Info" search.

4. Follow the WeChat Official Account China Eastern Airlines（中国东方航空）, and select Flight Service > Flight Info.
